This must be the 10th time if not more that i am having problems with my billing. You guys have no system in place whatsoever, i have emailed you guys about my account but still no response. I do not receive a statement and all of a sudden i get an email from your attorneys. If my problem is not resolved then i will have no option but to port out to telkom and spread the news to everyone else i know. I have also asked for the line to be put on the business name and not my personal name. WAKE UP NEOTEL!!! Awaiting your response.
