Getting annoying calls for the previous owne

I have a contract with vodacom since march last year, ever since the phone has been on i have been getting non stop phone calls for a MS.N.John!!! Who the heck is this person??? I went to the branch in pavilion last year and they said they will look into it and i should call the customer care! Why? Vodacom should not have given me this number! I get calls from African bank, dstv, foshini, etc and i do not have any accounts!! They are calling me constantly and it is getting really frustrating! I am still waiting for a response from Vodacom and i would like this matter to be resolved asap!
