It is not every day you call the MTN call center and find a person that can really assist and who is also friendly.
I had purchased sms bundles by mistake and wanted them to reverse the transaction, I was assisted by Adam Baloyi
Who assured me that he would try by all means to assist me.
I was very satisfied by his service as he was able to keep his promise.
