All ways full of excuses

I have tried to apply for a new telkom line twice now at 2 separate addresses. i always get the same excuse, that i am in a high cable area. I have six businesses surrounding me and all of them have telkom numbers.

Could somebody please explain to me how the only the copper cables from in front of my house and not my neighbors or neighborhood.
I have tried to get hold of the sales consultant to help her with all the other telephone numbers around me and am still waiting for her to get back to me.

It does not even help if you do their jobs for them.
Telkom obviously has too many clients and does not need anymore because they just hand out the excuses left right and center.
