Uinformed Staff - Bad Service

I've been contacting MTN Direct, MTN customer care, Sales and Marketing for the last month. How can it be that no one knows, there is a product called Samsung Galaxy Note 8 (N5100). They don't know what it is or if it will be launched by MTN. Let me know if MTN will eventually have them or if I should take it from Vodacom (they can do a next day delivery!). Unbelievable that people don't know and "No they can't find out either".
