Hi

Please correct me perhaps I missed this important details when I opened my Vodacom contract that each time you pay late on your Vodacom account they take an extra R100.

I asked my dad to double check on my contract - THERE WAS NOTHING STATING THIS!! Friday I print my Vodacom contract where it says outstanding R597 (I only pay R198 per month). I phoned them then and asked what's this and the lady told me on her system it says I'm up to date - but I don't understand where they got that amount.
