From bad to worse

After posting a complaint on this site two weeks ago the service has gone from bad to worse. Blanche did phone me a few days later and promise to correct everything and again a week later. I still don't have a phone just a sim which does not work. Numerous telephone calls at huge expense to myself, lots of fustration and not a single person at Cell C able to help. All I want to do is forget I ever heard of this company but no one responds!
