Waiting 4 years for a telkom line

We are now coming up to March 2013 - that will be 4 years that we have been waiting for Telkom to install a telephone line. You are doing upgrades all over the country and spending a fortune on advertising etc. All we are asking for and have been for 4 years is a telephone. No wonder our friends overseas call this a third world country - the houses across the street from us have lines, but for some reason our complex cannot get a line.
