MTN takes my money

On 3 May I complained on HelloPeter that MTN simply deducted money (R263) from my top-up contract with no explanation. Ref. #6334290. To date my enquiries to MTN's helpline, my MTN sales outlet, MTN email helpline and HelloPeter were all in vain.

MTN reponded on HelloPeter, apologised for their delay, and a certain Veronica reported that they/MTN "are actively working to improve our service levels". Hmmm. Actively working must have a different meaning in MTN speak for I see nothing, no improvement, just nothing. I received a telephone call from someone at MTN to tell me that MTN will investigate and come back to me. That was 4 1/2 weeks ago. I'm still waiting.

The assistance I get from MTN is just disgusting beyond belief. Do they expect problems to go away by itself by ignoring it?

Can someone at MTN please take responsibility for this callous disregard of their customers?
