I settled my account in full and was sent a paid up letter.
i was said that my account will be closed and a request was sent to the credit bureaus to update my profile,
on the letter it said that it will take 3 working days to update . i have been waiting since the 17th May.
when i tried to call Mr Shabangu, they make me hold on forever . i was never kept updated to whats going on . it seems they got what they wanted and now to with me . i already went through alot of trouble to close this account in the 1st place because of wrong info that was given to me . now this is part 2 . what does a person have to do to get some help.
