I tried to convert an expired contract to pay as you go. After 3 visits to the store, I finally managed to cancel the contract, and was promised that the line will be converted to a pay as you go the next day. Needless to say that did not happen. The line was deactivated. This line is being used for business, and the user wants to keep the number. She wanted to get her own contract with this number.

Yesterday I was at the branch to find out what is going on. On your system it clearly states that I requested the line to be converted to pay as you, and that I was aware of the lost airtime. No apology was offered for the store's mistake, I was just told that it will re-activated today... Well, guess what? It is still not re-activated! I even asked the manager for a letter stating that the line will re-activated today. All she gave me was a letter basically implying that I am the one who made a mistake, not the store, and that I am the one requesting the re-activation.

I have been a loyal customer since 1995, and I feel that any customer deserves better treatment than this!

I expect some form of feedback regarding this matter, as it is completely unacceptable.
