AGAIN TELKOM UNABLE TO REPAIR MY LINE 0116750367

Hi,

Struggling for over a month to get my ADSL Line repaired. Logged more than 6 faults, but they cannot repair the line. Paying for a line that should get download speeds of 200 mbps, am only getting 20mbps if I am lucky. it was working since I last logged with Hello Peter, then it stopped.

Please help me resolve this, they cannot seem to repair it.
