Cancellation of Contract

I have cancelled contract last month and was told that it was cancelled and that this is The last payment, still the contract is still active and running, i refuse to pay another month and will make everyone aware of the service one receive from virgin mobile. This is just something to show of people in positions that don't know what they are doing and should not even be there. But hai service ever.
Please spread the word so that people know before they consider taking out a contract with virgin mobile.
