Got a new sim swap from cell c earlier this week by same store giving my ID number for new device i bought as my old device was. They gave the wrong type for the device. Went back they were out of micosims. Went back today and Reabetswe asked for ID, have drivers and she refused to help me. I asked to speak to manager as they did it in the week in same store without and check on system. Se refused. Eventually found ID in handbag. She did swap and wanted another R10 after they gave me the wrong sim in first place. i explained this and she refused and insited on another R10. i called her useless and asked for manager then someone else helped me and gave me sim as it was they fault for giving me wrong sim and that sim would become useless with using of correct sim. She had a bad attitude, she referred to me as SHE when explaining to the other consultant in front of me even though she new my name as she had my ID and account in front of her. She giggled cynically explaining that i called her useless. She ignored it was the stores fault for issuing wrong sim and insisted on more money when agreed there was nothing i could do with wrong sim. Pathetic Service and Attitude
