Hello there

I am due for an upgrade and I am considering Samsung S4.

Cellc is offering the S4 with 100 Minutes, 100 sms and 1 Gig of data for R399,
MTN is offering the S4 with 200 minutes, 200 sms and 250 MB of data for R399.
Vodacom is offering the S4 with 75 minutes, 75 sms and 75 MB for R430.

Please advise if you can match this, if not can this be considered as written confirmation to have my contract with Vodacom cancelled by the end of August 2013.
