Rude to pensioners who have contracts with MTN!!!

My gran walked into the Mtn store this morning, spoke to the manager Neo, she wanted to confirm why her payment changed on her account from R126 to R98 per month. She was told that is the new payment that will come off via debit order monthly which is correct. She also requested R30 and R60 airtime seperately, Neo politely informed her that the systems were offline and she must return later on during the day. When she did the manager Neo was not in store and a consultant ((fair skin) unfortunately my gran did not keep the slip but the OMS2 system should provide the consultants name. ) helped her and was extremely rude. She laughed and made my grand mother extremely emberrassed infront of the other customers. The consultant made such a emphasis on my gran's old age to other customers that my gran walked out of the store in tears, telling the consultant she will get someone else to help her load her airtime. (The keys on her phone are small and she does have problems with her eyes, this can be verified with the hospital as she is due to undergo surgery soon due to her poor eye sight). She went to Wimpy, and a patron helped load her airtime. Where is customer service?
