Unauthorised Debit orde

They have an unauthorised debit order on my account and have been debiting money for a while now. I cannot get through to them the number 086 1115592 is faulty. I see now here that they did the same to another person and they were called So music then. I want to know how they get peoples details in the first place and I want my money back.
