I applied for a new contract with your company on the 25th of May. for the Cellc Straight Up 100 @ R399.00 with 100Minutes, 100 Sms's and 1GB of data. I usually get my airtime by the 2nd of each month. I ported in my fiances number, he is a business man and he needs his phone to work.

On the 2nd we did not receive the 1GB of data but instead got a measly 95MB... what happened? I tried to call you oh so helpful callcentre wasted /- R120 on airtime and did not get through... and had to escalate it to your nearest store to me and they too get no joy from YOUR COMPANY. I pay my account, I even reconsidered cancelling just be disappointed by the appauling service that I get... and this not from the stores. But from you as a company failing them when they need your assistance.

You will fix this. I signed for 1GB of data not 90MB. Load the correct bundle for me as it is not on the network and make sure it is done or I will be taking this further and I will cancel and keep the device as you have breached the contract, NOT ME!
