UNABLE TO DEACTIVATE BIS. PATHETIC ASSISTANCE

I have been phoning them for the last 4 months trying to deactivate my BIS (Blackberry Internet Service) as I am a prepaid user and no longer own a BlackBerry.

Every time the consultant gives me the same codes that I have to enter and it keeps on saying "Service Temporarily Unavailable. Try again in 15 minutes" for the last 4 months.
The consultants then gave me a reference number saying that they will get back to me within 23 hours - it's been a month now. I am utterly livid. This is PATHETIC.

Not only is this costing me time, but it's also costing me money for a service that I do not even get and which i am sure I will never see again. I am very disappointed in you, MTN.
