Nobody does their job!! Case of he says she says!

I applied for a new contract through MTN Direct Tues, 28.06.13 - agent Nonthandazo. I was the one that had to find out if was approved since nobody ever calls me back. Furthermore, my phone was only delivered last night after 19h00 - a whole 5 days later. I phoned this morning to activate SIM only to be told that nobody ported my number like it was supposed to. Never phones back despite numerous messages. Then I get an sms to tell me to rica my own phone after all docs were given to couriers for the RICA process. I have called on 3 occasions today to speak to a manager since this issue isn't getting anywhere and nobody phones me back and manager never available. I regret the day I decided to go to MTN and if this issue isn't sorted out today (RICA and Porting) then MTN can collect this phone and tear up my contract. Worse service I have yet to see - I expect somebody to get back to me ASAP.
