Billing problems

I run a business from home and Afrihost keeps on suspending my account. This is costing me on production time. No one contacts me, the line is just suspended. They bill me for months I dont use the line and the correct I fo is never supplied. I will have to move my adsl as Afrihost clearly dont have the competence to host my account. I will definitely spread the word as tbis is unacceptable.
