Pathetic service no feed back

I sent my phone in on the 10/05/2013 for repairs to the screen, they received the phone and sent an sms saying they have received the phone on the 13/05/2013 and the quote was sent the same day, I accepted and they then sent banking details signalling the phone was repaired I paid on the 23/05 I am still waiting for the phone, every time I call I get a different excuse, or they waiting on spares, I have had no feed back and just been told every time I call, its been nearly a month without a phone, therefore im loosing money and paid and still paying for something that I do not have. I am disgusted with the service or lack there of and want answers to my questions. I am not happy and want not only answers but for Vodacom to compensate my phone bill being on a contract without a courtesy phone.
