No Answer, empty promises

I have phoned 0112078058 to lodge a claim for my cellphone 7 times. I got through once yesterday, and the consultant promised to send me a claim form. Nothing. Today I phone again and I hold for 25 minutes, at my cost. I am without cellphone in the meantime. Tired of the recorded msg!!! Does Nashua Mobile claims exist. Shocking!!!
