I did not wish to write this post however I am sitting with an urgent issue which is now taken almost a month to resolve and our clientele are leaving us due to this issue. I am appalled by the poor service that I have received, last week I called the virgin mobile call center who were pretty helpful and they transferred me to head office, the receptionist at head office who I spoke too whom I asked for her to direct me to Adam Damons manager this receptionist just dropped my call, Adam Damons tried to assist me but he isn't keeping me updated and when I try to contact him he never answers his phone he has since not contacted me I have no idea what is happening nor when will the issue be resolved this isn't helpful to our company nor our clientele. I have even sent an email to the CEO and have not heard back from the CEO either.
