Rip-off for Cell C Big Bucks competition

Hi,

I would like to complain about Cell C's Big Bucks competition. The competition gives 20 points per correct answer and chooses a winner every week for the past week. I had over 225 000 points last months and did not win a single thing, but we have one person win on 5 different occasions won a total of 4 R5000 prizes and a handset), out of the millions of Cell C subscribers. This is either complete, manipulation of the system or otherwise - how else can someone win 5 different times?? I take this very seriously as it clear duping of the customer and intend to raise it to the relevant authorities if this is not addressed? It is simply impossible.
