BIG BUCKS RIP-OFF

I would like to complain about Cell C's Big Bucks competition. The competition gives 20 points per correct answer and chooses a winner every week for the past week. I had over 500 000 points and did not win a single thing, but we have one person win on 5 different occasions won a total of 4 R5000 prizes and a handset), out of the millions of Cell C subscribers.? same questions sometimes also come through, answer it 100% correctly, and they say it's incorrect... UTTER BULL
It is simply impossible.
