On the 27th of May I upgraded my phone and contract, till now the 4th of June I have had no feedback if my phone is on its way or not, when you call the call centre you end up holding for more than 20 minuts and then just end up getting transfered or cut off. On the website it states that the process should only take 2 days before the shipping company will contact me and that I would get a call to confrim this but this has not happened... I want to give Virgin a chance to sort this out and get my new phone to me as soon as possible.
