Table View Exchange down for 4 days

I have had no internet for the past 4 days (Friday the 31 May to present 3 June) and counting. I have been told that the table view exchange went down but have been given no ETA or idea as to what the actual problem is.

Think that it is unacceptable to have a paid service down for such a long period!

Very frustrating and not happy at all by their service at the moment.
