Money and number lost and no response

I complained once about my lost number. I signed a contract with MTN fourways and then ask you to port my cellc number 0734363082 to MTN for the contract. And then your colleage changed the terms and conds many times and then we had to cancel the deal. We didn't get anything from you, even a piece of paper! Then it became a nightmare.
My number 0734363082 lost. I can't find in MTN or Cellc. Everyone didn't check in their own system and told me the number was in other side. Then we complianed many many times and had to gave up. The number lost.
Then I got an invoice from your company said I have to pay R166.67 for the number 0734363082. Could you be reasonable and dignity? I called MTN fourways and asked if you can solve this. You promised you would do that soon. And last Friday you take my R166.67 from my account.
