No customer service - Insurance is a waste

Firstly I want to thank you for once again proofing to me that no company in South Africa believes in proper customer services!

This blackberry was booked in 18 May 2013 - You don't have the decency to send us regular updates on how far the repairs are. Every time I must phone it costs ME money for your ineffectiveness.

We took insurance from you because it is my son's phone and he is studying in Potchefstroom. How the are we supposed to keep in regular contact with him?

It is now 10 days that the phone has been with you. Speaking to Lindile and Dena we must now hear it takes 4-6 weeks and the phone was send to MTN

I WANT FEEDBACK TODAY! OBVIOUSLY THE PHONE CAN NOT BE REPAIRED, WHY NOT REPLACE IT?? I HAVE BEEN PAYING INSURANCE FOR 7 YEARS ON THIS PHONE. THIS IS THE FIRST CLAIM AND YOUR SERVICES BADLY. I INTEND TO TAKE AWAY ALL THREE OF OUR CONTRACTS AS SOON AS EACH EXPIRES
