Bad Coverage

I live in Faerie Glen, Pretoria and have 2 cellphones and 3 datacards for internet access for my laptops and desktop computer. If I'm lucky MTN's coverage reaches 2 bars on 'EDGE' - 3G and H is something I can only dream of. If I was living in some obscure rural settlement I would have understood the poor reception - but not in the middle of civilisation! I tried to contact MTN via their website complaints dept, but gave up after 23 minutes and 45 seconds when the website could not display. I can not carry on like this - VODACOM/CELL C (anybody!)... here I come! I would rather spend the R5 - 6000.00 per month with a service provider that actually provides a service
