I've recently changed my savings account to cheque but still with same bank, ABSA. I had debits going off from my savings account of which I had to change. I was told to call ABSA Life and change it myself, the first call was on the first week of November and after holding on for almost 10 minutes I finally went through and I was told that it was going to be changed, only to receive an sms on the month end of November that there was no money on the savings account, I called them again, I was told that it was going to be changed and they admitted that it was their fault and I don't have to worry to my surprise the same thing happened for December payment as well, I then called again and this time they promised that they were going to investigate and call me back because apparently their call centre is very busy and this is what I was also promised last month as well, up to this day I am still waiting for that call, and I missed two premiums/payments already and they cannot tell me why. The same thing happened when I wanted to add someone on my policy up until this date it was never done and I gave up. ABSA is really becoming a problem; their service is not getting any bette
