To Fatima Ibraim (sorry if the spelling of your surname is incorrect) from MTN direct in the Durban branch.

I would like to thank Fatima for the excellent service, help and friendliness that she has given me since the 7th
of May 2013. I did an upgrade with the Johannesburg branch but they were never able to help me. Fatima was kind enough to step in and gave me the most excellent service I have received from someone who would not gain anything from me.

I eventually received my cell on the 27th of May. She did a follow up today the 29th just to find out if I had received the cell and if I was happy.

That is perfect service. If I do another upgrade I will NEVER do it with the Johannesburg branch. The consultant and his supervisor were never available to help me, or return any of my messages.

Fatima I hope you get this message. Thank you so so much. May bless you always.
