Should I sue Nashua to stop unlawful debits?

I do not have an account with Nashua Mobile, however for the past 2 months they have taken the total sum of R5500.00 out of my bank account. I contacted Nashua and then had to hold on the line for hours before someone "tries" to assist. Now I end up fitting some unknown third person's bill.

Notwithstanding informing them that if I suffer damages, as a result of these unlawful debits, that I will institute action, no one seems willing to resolve the problem and I waste hundreds of Rands on airtime holding on the line (obviously this will not bother them).

ABSA informed me that only Nashua can stop this monthly debit entirely as ABSA can only block a specific amount. As this is someone's cell phone account, the amount differs every month.

What's left to do? Should I sue and claim punitive costs?
