Bad RICA processing

RICA incorrectly registered an incorrect residential address against my name for a pre-paid cellphone.
My SIM card is now damaged for some reason and I cannot do a SIM swap with them because of the mess they made. Their incompetence has made it problematic for me to re-register too, because any utility bill I need for proof of residence is prepared for me by a friend whom I am renting from. All my other mail is sent to my work, so I cannot use this as proof. What Am I supposed to do about this?
