BROKE MY CELLPHONE WHILE SENT FOR REPAIRS

Good day

On the 9th of april i took my phone to mtn at menlyn pretoria for repairs.it was still working fine just a one button thats was not working as the phone is two months old then when sent for repairs.

early this months i went to collect it at mtn, and the phone now has no setupwizards..now its not working, mtn say that they cant fix it and they are the one that made my phone worse..

Please help as now im paying for a phone they messed up.
