Cannot process my application Wrong Banking Detail

I spoke to Excellent Mthembu on Monday the 20th of May regarding my application. Gave him all my details and he read me my terms and conditions. I phone back yesterday ans spoke to a Nomonde and she told me it has ejected because of wrong banking details, after i have given hom the correct details and forwarded my banking detaisl, id and payslip. Today i follow up again as i was promised by Nomonde that Excellent will follow up with me as she forwarded an email to him. This time around nothing has been done. The consultant transferred me straight to Excellent, and anothe consultant answers and had to explain myself again just to be transferred to follow up and listening to "Your time is important to us... blah blah blah. It is appauling to find that no one cann actually assist you and then being given the run around just to get no resolution on the matter. Im really contemplating if this was a right decision to take by signing up for this contract after experiencing the poor service myself. After looking on Hellopeter website it is clear that its not only me that is going through this frustration. I can but only imagine what ahead should i continue with this contract. Please follow up asap
