Bad service!!!

Hello.

I just want to explain my issue. On the 11/05/2013 i noticed my Blackberry 9360 not working correctly, i went in to Mtn N1 city and asked the one consultant if i should bring in the Blackberry 9360 to the cause it was purchased at Markhams on the 22/09/2012 and he informed me to book it in by them and they will sort it out for me. I then returned about a hour later and was helped by 'Faldielah' and she told me it was a common issue on that specific model and that she had a client with the same issue the day before. She then booked the phone in on the 11/05/2013 and i was told by her that it will take between 7-14 days and it will be fixed and that she will contact me the moment the phone arrives. Today the 24/05/2013 i still didnt hear from them regarding the phone so i decided to go in the them and ask them whats going on t then hear its been there since the 20/05/2013 but i wasnt contacted to collect it like i was promised. I got home to realise that its still not been repaired, (its even got scratches on it now) i went back to Mtn N1 city to be told they not technicians and i should book it in or go to the repair centre myself to have it fixed. Im not happy by the service at all!
