Cell C
New Contract

I've decided to give Cell C a chance took out a contract with them, waited over 2 weeks as the phone i wanted was on backorder and I had to call almost everyday to get an update as none of the Cell C staff knows what's going on.

Anyways I eventually got the phone today and it wasn't the colour that I wanted, I called the call centre to report it and they said it will take 3 weeks to get back to them and another few days if there is stock to get me the one i wanted. I think I am wasting my time here and might as well cancel this whole process before even starting it as it doesn't seem like any of the staff at Cell C seem to worry about this, maybe it's the norm of how they treat their customers.
