I have requested a settlement from cellc to urgently convert a contract to prepaid, paid according to this and faxed the proof of payment being promised this will be actioned within 24hrs. Called in the next day (waited to speak to an agent for over 25mins) and they said the payment does not reflect and they can't do anything till it reflects (so why the ask me to fax them proof after i have paid???) and this will take 48hrs. Spoke to manager suggested sending them proof of pmt directly to action this..he disagreed and was rude/abrupt (he should be fired). when i asked for a ref num to the call he cut me off!! Its funny how they debit you so promptly every month but when you require prompt service from them... you get the total opposite. Cellc is pathetic... let them be your last option when choosing a network provider!! The manager's attitude was terrible and clearly he dose not care about customer satisfaction. It feels like we are doing them a favor by supporting them. I want my contract converted to prepaid by 3pm today!!! I will never recommend cellc to anyone!! quick to take out money but when its time to assist us, all happens!!!
