Shame on you

I handed in my I phone for repair and was told it needed to be sent to Jhb and would be ready in 7-10 days
I called in after 10 days only to be told that my phone had been diagnosed as water damage on the day I handed it in and was un repairable (job no 8798733)
I took it to I Fix in Gateway who repaired the phone in 15 mins
After 2 e mails 3 phone calls and personally going back to Vodacom - to date I have not had the courtesy of a response from Vodacom
