I reported my Telkom ADSL line fault on Tuesday the 21st - Nomawhethu on the call centre was very helpful, but I was so pleasantly surprised when William arrived the following day, and fixed the problem. As he finished we had a power failure, so he left a contact number so that I could let him know if everything was okay. Everything was fine.
Great attitude and great service, well done.
