Ok so here is the story. A year ago im requested my account to be moved from my father name to mine with my banking details. It was never done due to waiting on payslip status or something. I went to Sandton Nashua Mobile this year feb to request if this has been done. They said no and i gave them my payslip. This month i went back and guess what?? it still has not been done!!! REALLY?? are your systems? or are the people just lazy or forget to do their work! ITS been a year and 4 months and i have to still ask have you done what i ask of you. Also the temp help desk at Santon city is a joke. The people are rude and arrogant. Chatting with random people at the desk and no very well trained.

If this keeps up i will not renew my contact as this is just pathetic. I am a long time customer and this is the treatment i get?
