Failure in providing contract service

I've recently decided to move to a new service provider, I was running pay as you go at Virgin mobile but decided to take out a new MTN contract at Nashua Mobile.

After 3 weeks of troubles in getting my phone we finally got to the point where the number port can take place. My old sim card stopped working on Friday 17th of May and is up and to today still not working. (6 days now) I've been phoning the shop regularly and I've been met with friendly responses and people who seem that they'd like to help but it's as if they have no control over how to resolve my problem (they're reliant on other people.)

I'm a consultant by trade and my phone is my primary source of generating revenue, Nashua Mobile in it's attempts to provide a service that it is not doing is not only costing me valuable time in trying to sort out the problem but also causing serious damage to potential clients and loss of income generation for me.

I'm deeply dissapointed in my decision to choose them as a service provider and I urge anyone who sees their phone as an absolute necessity to never do business with them.

I just want my number working again and they can't even help me with that in a timely manner.
