Replacing a faulty handset Turned into a nightmare

I took a faulty handset back to midrand head office, waited 2 hours to be attended to (the usual excuse, our system is. Slow) got a replacement and ended up with a new number! Called the call centre and spoke to Shepherd (who was very helpful) and was assured the issue would be resolved and I will be back on my old number within 2 hours. 2 hours later, I had a handset that did not make outgoing calls (even to the call centre) and does not take incoming calls. This kind of service is frustrating and unacceptable to say the least. This is such an inconvenience and we expect better! we are after all paying customers.
