Irritating Spam smses with no opt out option

I keep getting spam smses for Cell C and FNB. I don't want to participate in their competition and there is no option to OPT out, which I think goes against the consumer protection act. I get about 5 of these smses everyday and have been getting them for months. I am sick of it and this shouldn't be allowed. I have nothing against sms marketing, but there should be an option to unsubscribe or OPT out. Please can you take me off of your database or give me the option to unsubscribe as you are irritating me and I don't have time for it. Also, these smses give your companies bad images as these sorts of competitions are usually cons. I am already motivated to cancel all contracts with Cell C as their signal is terrible! This is just going to give me another reason to change to MTN.
