What an incredible service experience from the Vodacom Shop at Bridge City Durban! I received a call from Julius yesterday to confirm my interest in taking out a Blackberry contract. He took all my details within a few minutes and thereafter I got two further confirmation calls - within an hour my new contract, phone and number were sorted. And TODAY I took delivery of the phone and SIM. Absolutely amazing service - well done guys!
