Last year September I was phoned by one of their consultants who informed me about a product they have in store. I agreed that they can install a land line for and they had to give me a hands free phone while I have to pay R158.00 per month for 24 months. That has never happened to date instead I keep on receiving statements. The amount they claim I owe them at the moment has escalated to R1189.50. I really dont have an idea what is it that I have to pay because I dont have a phone, cant make calls or received calls. My plea with them has fallen on deaf ears. Please assist me to resolve this matter as they only seem to be interested in billing me for nothing.
