Have applied for adsl line from telkom, but they also included weekender.phoned and queried and they said that they will sort out.phoned two times again and spent 2 hours each time trying to explain, then they said that they will phone me with feedback.then without warning they cut the line.they want me to pay the amount with their inclusions.i informed them that if i wanted a weekender, then i would use it and according to records no calls were made from the phone line.what is wrong with these people? They have incompetant staff that donot know how to deal with the problem at hand, the supervisor does not answer when transfered.i am not paying the amount.i am changing to neotel.
