Overcharged and no-one seems to help

Hello,

This is in relation to the Hellopeter complaint that I logged on 14-05-2013.

I received a call from an agent last Friday to discuss my report. I asked her to contact me after 20minutes as I was on my way to work. I never received a call back.

I still have not been able to speak to a helpful consultanat who can give me the answers that I need regarding my account.

I am still waiting for investigations to be done regarding my airtime that was meant to be loaded on 17 April 2013.

I am highly disappointed. I just paid an amount of 2200 to settle my previous account when my phone was. Somehow when it comes to taking money Altech is very efficient. When it is time to investigate and credit me, Altech seems to have more important things to do.

This is terrible customer service and billing. I have spent hours trying to rectify this with no success.

I will never renew this contract and deal with Altech again.

Please have a look at my account and view the number of requests that I have sent and the unsatisfactory replies that I received.

Highly annoyed and disappointed.
